Product Care Guide

Dorsa Product Care Guide

Understanding the proper way to care for your Dorsa products ensures their enduring beauty and longevity.

1. General Care

Avoid exposing your product to oil, alcohol, chemical substances, cosmetics, or liquid polishes containing alcohol.

Any stains caused by contact with these materials are irreversible.

We recommend using Dorsa’s exclusive care products, available at our official boutiques.

2. Suede and Nubuck

Do not wipe suede or nubuck surfaces with a cloth.

Instead, use a dedicated soft-bristle brush designed for these materials.

Dorsa boutiques also offer protective sprays formulated to prevent staining and minimise the effects of moisture- or dirt-caused marks.

3. Light-Colored Leathers

Removing stains from light-colored leather becomes increasingly difficult over time.

For best results, address any marks promptly to maintain the product’s natural appearance.

4. Heat, Moisture, and Light Exposure

Keep your product away from direct sunlight, extreme heat, and excessive humidity.

If your item comes into contact with water, gently pat dry with a soft cloth and allow it to air dry naturally in a shaded, ventilated area.

5. Storage

Store your product in its original Dorsa dust bag, and fill the interior of leather bags and shoes with tissue paper to help preserve their shape.

Changes in form and texture may naturally occur with use or improper storage.

Proper care will help maintain the integrity and elegance of your leather over time.
